Job purpose
Responsible for attracting suitable candidates via various channels and selecting the best that meets eStream competence standards, cultural fit and band image.
Also, responsible for improving the productivity of the organization by developing the talent of all employees to their full potential in order to meet the holistic vision, goals and business objectives.
Duties and responsibilities
Strategic Insight and Integration
- Lead and Oversee the development and implementation of Learning and Development Strategies for the Organization.
- Lead the Talent Acquisition Life cycle for all hires.
- Work with all Line Managers to research, create and implement programs to cover all skill and hiring gaps while continually evaluating performance analysis.
Learning & Development
- Collaborate with all Line Managers in developing a detail Learning and Development programs of the entire company.
- Deploy various method to enforce the execution of Learning and Development strategies for the organization.
- Monitor and Report the effectiveness/success/failure/improvement plans for Learning and Development in the organization.
- Oversee the Learning and Development budgets for the entire organization.
- Manage ITF reimbursement process for the organization.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance with regards to trainings.
Talent Acquisition
- Work with each Line Managers to ascertain the manpower requirements/qualifications/experience for each department.
- Coordinate the hiring process for each department and ensure the best candidate that meets eStream standard is employed in a timely manner.
- Deploy various methods in sourcing for qualified applicants to fill vacant positions in a timely manner.
- Continues improvement on the company hiring process.
Technical / Analysis and Problem Solving
- Organize and coordinate induction programs for new hires.
- Conduct onboarding session and ensure all work tools are available for all new hires before resumption.
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
- Payroll Administration.
- Processing of all Certificates (PENCOM, ITF, NSITF, Employee Tax, Life and Group Life Insurance).
- Control the maintenance of each Personnel Records; Monitors Attendance, Leave Management and Overtime Records.
- Maintain an up-to-date Bio Data for each staff.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource Information confidential.
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Partake in all company Events; Maintain Birthdays and Anniversary dates for all staffs.
Customer Focus
- Ensure Satisfaction and Provide support to all staffs.
Interpersonal, Relationship Management & Collaboration
- Prompt resolution of employee’s complaints and queries to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Work with HR Business Manager and other stakeholders in organizing and implement 2 Village meetings per year.
Requirement
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business administration, Social Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years work experience as an HR Executive, another 2year as Learning and Development.
- Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and its application in a work environment

- Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM),Professional Human Resources International, Senior Human Resources International, and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.

Working conditions
- The incumbent may be required to sit in cold (air conditioned) rooms for a long time.
Physical requirements
- This position does not require any physically demanding task. However, the incumbent should be physically fit to withstand the both physical and mental demands.
