Position: Sales Supervisor -Retail SBU

Job purpose
As a Sales Supervisor, you are responsible for achieving maximum sales growth and account penetration within the assigned product line, territories and market segment.
Responsible for generating new sales by leading a team of Tele-Sales agents using the agreed sales strategy to meet the SBU and organizational revenue targets.
Duties and responsibilities
Sales Insight and Integration
- Work with the Business Manager in developing and implementing sales vision, strategic sales plan, sales models and sales polices for the SBU.
- Strategic management of the Telesales team in order to meet and surpass set targets.
- Prepare different periodic sales reports for your Business Manager.
- Stay updated with industry trends and provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market trends.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the SBU.
- Work with the Business Manager in developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates e.Stream from her competitors.
Technical/Analysis and Problem Solvig
- Effective and timely daily resources planning – human and material towards achieving daily set sales and revenue target.
- Actively acquire new subscribers and nurture existing ones. Turning both into long-term relationships.
- Archive product sales volume, solution mix and selling price by being current with changing trends and competitors.
- Recommend adjustment in selling prices by monitoring competitors.
- Provide Training, Coaching, and mentoring of new recruits to deliver high-performing result at all times.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, solve problems that are sales impacting with speed and efficiency.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture within Retail SBU in-order to maximize productivity.
Interpersonal, Relationship Management & Active Collaboration
- Active collaboration with the Marketing team to provide top quality marketing engagements for a larger audience or defined regions.
- Actively collaborate with other departments (especially NO and General Service) in achieving the daily set targets.
Communication
- Provide regular update to the Business Manager
- Seek useful feedback from the Business Manager
- Generate and submit periodic report of sales activities to the Business Manager
Customer Focus
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate service.
- Provide platforms to receive customer’s feedback.
Education and Work Experience
- BSc in any social science.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as a sales team lead.
- Possession of relevant sales certification, such as Certified Sales Professional – CSP will serve as an added advantage.
- Has relevant ISP industry experience in sales, retail marketing and digital marketing.

Working conditions
- The incumbent will be stationed at e.Stream’s Head Office or assigned to any location or territory, as may be required by the company.
